Office Space
Hivecolab offers dedicated space in which to work, meet and hold events in a shared office environment. Startups appreciate the affordability, convenience and easy accessibility of the premises, never worry about being locked out as members get their own keys to the premises and an open space for sharing and partnering on projects.
Membership at Hivecolab includes:
- Dedicated workspace with desk, locking storage, and office chair (dedicated membership level)

Membership Levels
we have designed three membership levels to help you and your innovation find flexibility in choosing what you exactly need and fits within your budget. if you have any further questions or require more information please contact us.
Full Member – 300,000UGX / month
This option works well for established or full-time consultants or non-profit managers who need a dedicated work space. This membership covers up to 4 people, additional people are 50,000/month.
This option provides the general infrastructure for an organization to carry out its day-to-day operations. Full members have 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year use of Hivecolab. Monthly rate includes the following services:
- More than 100-square feet of desk space
- File storage
- Bookshelf
- Internet access
- printer/copier and 50 free prints/copies
- Mail and package delivery
- office phone
- own keys to office
- Company name on the door
Shared Member – 150,000UGX month
The shared member option is for those who spend a portion of their time outside of the office, yet require a dedicated desk space. This membership covers up to 2 people, additional people are 70,000UGX/month.
With this option, up to 2 organizations share a desk space and phone line. Shared members have 24/7/365 access toHivecolab, but they may only use the assigned desk 50% of the time. Monthly rate includes the following services:
- More than 100-square feet of desk space
- Shared file storage
- Shared bookshelf
- Internet access
- printer/copier and 50 free prints/copies
- Mail and package delivery
- own keys to office
Bee Member – free
this is for those that are working on projects and just need a place to work that has access to internet and networking, its for all that fit our requirements, for more on this please email us, it includes

Virtual member – $0- month
Terms
Hive colab offers some of the most flexible terms you can find in Uganda:
- Full Member – 3 months, then month to month

- 30-day advance notice if and when you no longer need a membership
